BrightFunnel Names Chris Mann as Chief Executive Officer
Co-Founder Nadim Hossain Elevated to Executive Chairman role

SAN FRANCISCO – June 1, 2017 – BrightFunnel, the leading B2B marketing attribution and analytics platform, today announced that it has appointed Christopher Mann as Chief Executive Officer. Chris came to BrightFunnel earlier this year from LinkedIn Marhttp://www.brightfunnel.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page#keting Solutions, initially as Chief Product Officer. Chris joined LinkedIn as part of its biggest ever acquisition at the time, Bizo, an innovative B2B marketing platform. He was previously a product and go-to-market executive at digital marketing analytics pioneer Coremetrics, which was acquired by IBM.
BrightFunnel was founded in 2013 by Nadim Hossain, Nisheeth Ranjan, and Ranjan Bagchi, with the vision of connecting marketing to revenue, through its “Marketing Attribution” platform for B2B marketers. Under Hossain’s leadership, BrightFunnel helped establish a new category, and developed the leading B2B marketing attribution solution for mid-market and enterprise companies, such as Concur (SAP), Nimble Storage (HP Enterprise), Ellie Mae, Cloudera, Lionbridge, and Blackbaud. Since its Series A financing a year and a half ago, BrightFunnel has experienced a 10X growth in users.

Chris has over 25 years of experience in product management, strategy, and go-to-market execution, with a continued focus on B2B marketing. In 2010 Chris joined a 15 person startup called Bizo, where he created a marketing automation system for B2B paid advertising and led the company through its $175 million acquisition by LinkedIn. During his time at LinkedIn, Chris was involved leading product strategy for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Chris is passionate about learning, creating, innovating, and delivering new customer value. As CEO, Chris will run all aspects of day-to-day operations, focused on operational excellence, product innovation, and go-to-market expansion.
In his new role as a full-time Executive Chairman of the Board, Nadim Hossain will focus on guiding investor relations, strategic partnerships, and market evangelism.
